FSBO - MLS listing

Well we decided to put the house on the MLS through a flat rate For Sale By Owner broker. It has definetly paid off so far. We have had an average of 1-2 people through with Realtors each day. The newspaper ad was a bust. Keeping our fingers crossed that a buyer comes around soon.
