Windy weekend

Mike and I are still hanging with family in central Texas. It is quite windy today with gusts up to 25mph. Also, it has been pretty dry around here and the wind is whipping up a dusty haze. Last week, we gave the RV a good, thorough cleaning. A few days ago, we took it off the property to dump the black and gray and refill the fresh water tank so we could look for the leak. After starting it up, we noticed a problem with one of the jacks...it was busted! Mike, being the handy guy that he is, took the leg off and found the problem. It was still under warranty so another leg was shipped and it arrived yesterday. Mike got the water problem fixed, too. Why is it that the list of chores never seems to end? This week we will be busy taking care of loose ends and trying to complete the list of things to do before we leave for my next assignment. Northeast Texas is our next destination. I have had a very nice few weeks off but next Monday, it's back to the grind.
